Exciting, exciting, probably the worst possible thing happened the other day as my buddy and I were trying to move my 40g glass breeder tank. It cracked.. straight down the center of the tank about half full of water, and down came about 15g of water all over my floor, lovely.
Anyways, just in case this ever happens to anyone reading this post, have a plan.. and a bucket handy.. because it's hard to think of what to do when a gallon of water is pouring out every second. Oh, and those of you with tanks in the garage or something.. I hate you..
Although I have to say it was fun scrambling around trying to save the electronics and stemming the flow of water.
Lesson? Don't ever push/pull a tank from anywhere but the corners
