about the team, SFL

I've been a member of SFL or officially, Suen Feng Loong, for about 6 years; this will be our 6th dragonboat racing season. We're based in the California Bay Area and practice in San Francisco at Lake Merced.

Dragonboat has been an up and coming water sport for years now, and it is a suitable sport and full body exercise for all ages, fitness levels and mind sets. There are tons of dragonboat teams out there with different philosophies, training regimens, goals, levels of commitment and purposes, and more than likely you can find one that can match your own interests and goals.
